About the Role

We are growing in Santa Clara County and need an experienced Branch 3 licensed termite inspector to join our team based out of San Jose. You will perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties, document findings in California-required Structural Pest Control reports, and work directly with homeowners, real estate agents, and lenders to move transactions forward. This is a high-volume, active inspection role with consistent work and a team that has been doing this right since 2005.

What You Will Do

Perform thorough inspections of accessible structural wood, attic spaces, crawl spaces, and exterior surfaces
Issue California Structural Pest Control (WDO) reports distinguishing Section 1 and Section 2 conditions
Coordinate with real estate agents, escrow officers, and lenders on transaction timelines
Communicate findings clearly to homeowners and provide treatment recommendations
Work with repair and treatment teams to ensure Section 1 clearance
Maintain accurate records, vehicle, and inspection equipment

Requirements

Valid California Branch 3 Structural Pest Control License (required — no exceptions)
Demonstrated experience performing termite and WDO inspections
Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
Thorough knowledge of California SPCB regulations and WDO reporting requirements
Strong communication skills — you will work directly with homeowners and real estate professionals

Experience with real estate transaction inspections and working under tight escrow deadlines
Existing relationships in the Santa Clara County real estate community
