The Age of Salinas Housing Puts Most Escrow Files Into Section 2 Territory

The age of the housing tells you what an inspector expects to write up. Much of Salinas predates the era of sealed sub-areas and modern flashing details, and the Oldtown core predates it by decades. Raised foundations over low crawl spaces, original wood windows, siding meeting grade too closely, planters built against stucco.
